What services do you provide?
We provide standard and deep house cleaning, plus vacation rental cleans. For a full list of what each service includes, see our services page.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on square footage, number of bathrooms, overall condition, and any add-ons selected (like inside appliances or baseboards).

We review your form and photos to provide a fair, accurate estimate — not a surprise invoice later.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own eco-conscious products and equipment.

If you prefer we use specific products in your home, just let us know ahead of time.
What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean focuses on maintenance — visible surfaces, bathrooms, floors, and kitchens.

A deep clean tackles buildup, edges, baseboards, interior appliances, and the detailed areas that aren’t handled every visit.
How should I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
We ask that surfaces are cleared of personal items, dishes are put away (unless dish help is requested), and fragile items are secured.

The more accessible the space, the more detailed we can be.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Yes. Recurring maintenance clients receive preferred scheduling and lower per-visit rates compared to one-time cleanings.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee due to reserved scheduling time.
Are you insured?
Yes. Leaf & Broom operates as an LLC and carries appropriate insurance. We stand behind our work and your home.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
The majority of the products we use are eco-friendly and work beautifully for standard cleaning and upkeep.

For homes with heavy buildup, we may need to use something stronger in specific areas.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We recommend putting away valuable or fragile items, or leaving a note for anything you don’t want touched.

If an accidental breakage occurs, we’ll contact you immediately and arrange replacement or repair.
Are you comfortable cleaning homes with pets?
Absolutely. We love pets.

If you have a pet who may be aggressive, anxious, or likely to interfere with the clean, we recommend isolating them or booking a time when someone can help.

If you have an escape artist, tell us — so we can be extra cautious at doors and gates.
Do you clean homes after illness?
Yes. We can focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces when requested. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
